- Annual Package – Your service will begin on the first month following receipt of payment
- Monthly Package – Your first invoice will arrive at the beginning of the month and be due in 14 days
- Invoices will be labelled as from White Stag Digital
- We are happy to publish informative pieces of content, but reserve the right to not publish any piece of content which is an outright advert or sales pieces
- We will not publish anything that that goes against the terms of the Editors’ Code of Practice
- We reserve the right to edit any news item provided to us to maintain editorial consistency. We will not alter any facts contained within.
- We will include a relevant landscape picture alongside any piece of content
- Any contributors should own the rights to distribute any images they submit
- Agencies and Associations should contact the team about a package deal to cover all of their members or clients
- Backlinks will be added to content where deemed appropriate by the Editorial team
