Outsourcing and managed customer services specialists – Bespoke International Group, have reported strong increases in headcount, turnover and profit for the financial year 2022/23.

Now celebrating their fourth year in operation, the business provides omni-channel support services to UK and Global businesses from their custom-built operational call centre in Durban, South Africa. Their dedicated brand teams look after the needs of customers for partner organisations, efficiently dealing with and resolving queries, to increase customer
satisfaction and retention rates.

The news of further growth comes after reports of new appointments to their senior team.

Mark Thomason (Group CEO) and founder of Bespoke is also one of the founders of the outsourcing industry in South Africa. He took time away from the fourth anniversary celebrations to reflect on another stellar year of growth.

“I am delighted to report another set of strong financial results this year. For the fourth consecutive year, we continue our trend of significant year on year growth with a 50% increase in billable headcount.  The driver for this increase has been the onboarding of four new clients in the first five months of 2023 with additional brands projected to initiate this year.”

Our performance as a preferred partner to the Retail and Energy sectors, enables it to match growth with investment. “Our shareholders continue to invest in the business. This enables advances in infrastructure, technology and management to develop our client proposition.” Mark added, “We have a phenomenal capacity for agility and scaling operations to meet our clients’ needs. The combination of ambition and investment means we can continue to do that for the foreseeable future.”
