Staffordshire-based business consultancy Strategi Solutions, is celebrating the success of its innovative Leadership Academy, as a new cohort of graduates proudly complete the programme.

Pioneered and driven by Strategi’s Head of Learning and Development Helen Bailey, the Leadership Academy programme provides an invaluable opportunity for those with responsibilities to enhance and build on existing skills, for efficient and effective delivery in the key areas of people and services.

Throughout the innovative programme, participants are equipped with the tools, techniques, confidence and ability to make a positive impact. They delve into a combination of off-the-job workshops and independent research linked to workplace application, in addition to exploring relevant work-based examples and practical based resources. Commitment to an approach of continuous work-based learning is a key aspect, through the maintenance of Continuous Professional Development Records and sharing of useful resources with fellow participants.
